Already is a new arrival to the enclave community in Bluffington Beach. Samantha was the first person to offer them a stiff drink, their preferred drink order being a pickle juice martini.

They used to drive an armored truck for the grocery app Potato Potat.to through the area each week. They no longer have this truck but they know its hidden location (although they do not know if it still works). They are unwilling to talk about what happened to lead them to abandon their truck. After abandoning their vehicle, they used the groceries inside to barter their way into becoming part of the Bluffington Beach community.

They had spent some time in the Remnants and got into delivery work that way. Through this work, they were able to acquire a cell phone that still gets service from Potato Potat.to. It is described as being similar in appearance to an iPhone, with a clear plastic case and a solar panel on the back. This battery only charges when the Potato Potat.to app is in use; whenever the phone is used for anything else the battery drains rapidly. The phone also has the capacity to print small red stickers to mark the clock in/out time of the user, or to provide other communication between users (such as real-time gameboy-style photos. The case of Already's phone is covered in these small red stickers.

After receiving a notification on their phone that Potato Potat.to had tracked their location and were coming to retrieve the phone, truck and compensation for the groceries that had been inside the truck, Already visited The Augur for advice. She performed a ritual which directed them to go to Jeff Brown Dentistry. After discussing this with Samantha and Robyn, they decided to go as a group (making a stop along the way to aid Quincy). During this time the group was pursed by Potato Potat.to by various agents, including Vincent Ketchle.

Appearance

They are described as having a tired frame, with sagging shoulders as though their body is constantly looking fro something to lean on or lean against. They have short, closely-cropped hair, and a heavy and textured craggy face.

When seen in "Dream Askew", they wear gloves and their old work overalls. The overalls were first said to be from their time working in the metro tunnels of Bluffington Beach. Later, in "Give Way to Open Sky" the overalls were described as their Potato Potat.to uniform, faded green and purple with a shopping cart on the front and an anthropomorphized potato on the back. They keep their overalls zipped down and tied around their waist, showing a mesh top they stole from a nightclub, described as "Rhianna style" in appearance.

Duke

Prior to their arrival, they found their dog Duke (originally named Rocky), a small, angry, muscular french bulldog (in "Dream Askew") / pit bull (in "Give Way to Open Sky"). She is two and a half but “still has that puppyness about her”. Already has not had time to train Duke, although she does know how to do one trick.

She is often fed scraps from Samantha's Bar and loves Samantha. Duke chases gophers out of community garden and rowdy customers out of Samantha’s bar.

When making deliveries, Duke sat up front with them.
