Vincent Ketchle: "Ketch all capture and retrieval and return."
Vincent Ketchle is a self-described retrieval expert currently working on behalf of Potato Potat.to to track down and recover Already and the company property they had with they when going AWOL. They were armed (one gun in an underarm holster under their suit jacket, and did have a Potato Potat.to company phone, though both of these objects were taken by Robyn after they knocked him unconscious.
Robyn then welded Vincent inside a hover-car but unfortunately leaves the keys inside the car. Once Vincent wakes, he chases after them, eventually being driven off the fifteenth floor highway and presumably dying in the resulting fall/crash.

Vincent is described as being similar in appearance to Rick Moranis' character in Streets of Fire, He is 5'6", and appears in Bluff City 46: Give Way to Open Sky Pt. 2 wearing a checkered suit, a red bow tie, horn-rimmed glasses with big circular frames, and a square haircut.
