Dudley Brick House was until very recently the reptile keeper at Bluff City Zoo 2.

Dudley is described as looking like "what if Kurt Russell had to get jacked for the role" (for a movie where he has to lift a truck into a helicopter), but with close-shaven hair. He also has a mustache.

Career[edit | edit source]
While in school, he studied art history.
Dudley enjoyed his work as a reptile keeper and claimed that “[he was] the only one strong enough” to do the job. He was fired from this position by Dax Leopard after it was discovered that he had been feeding the small mammals from the zoo to his reptiles rather than the mice bred for this purpose. He did this as he believed his reptiles could absorb the spirit and energy of the creatures they ate, and so it was more valuable for them (in particular Ralph, one of the snakes) to eat a small mammal rather than a lab-raised mouse.
In an attempt to win back his job, he entered into two separate schemes: stealing a fish worth $120,000 in order to "find" it and be seen as so heroic he would be given his job back, and agreeing to pay Devin Zeller $20,000 to forge a letter from her grandfather, D.E. Hitchcock. After the party at Zoo 2, Dudley left the life of a zookeeper behind, helping Ralph to win large sums of money at blackjack. He was thought to have coined the phrase "a zoo is like a body", though this was actually invented by Devin Zeller.
Milk[edit | edit source]
Prior to "Bluff City Zoo Fiasco TWO!" he entered and won the “‘Cream of the Top’ Ladder Contest” Bluff City: Climb Your Way to a Year’s Surprise of Milk! game on the Bluff City Boardwalk, sponsored by a local ice cream manufacturer. His winning time was the same as Darren Cruiser, and so both were awarded a year's supply of milk. To claim their prize, they must travel to the ice cream factory each week to pick up their milk and have their picture taken each time (for the ice cream company’s Instagram). They cannot choose what kind of milk they receive (getting a mixture of whatever milk the factory has extra of that week - buttermilk, 1%, chocolate milk, etc). Dudley would continue to receive his supply of milk up until at least his 84th birthday.

Darren[edit | edit source]
The two were featured in a local Bluff City newspaper for their identical win in the ladder contents and bonded over this making up their own secret handshake - fist bumping, miming drinking from a glass, and then saying the word “calcium” in unison. After Dudley left Zoo 2, he and Darren fell out of contact.
