Samantha provides a thriving social scene during post-apocalyptic Bluffington Beach. She runs a bar, and barters for items with those who come in from outside the city. She provides a motherly presence.
Prior to the events in Dream Askew, she was dating The Augur, Providence, but her attention was too divided between The Augur and taking care of the community, and their relationship fell apart. She often gives Already food for their dog Duke, and Duke is return loves Samantha and will chase unruly patrons out of her bar for her.
