Chaz Bianchi is the alien’s landlord in Aliens in the Outfield.
He was asked to rent an apartment to the aliens by Frankie Bianchi, although he does not know that they are aliens and believes them to be new human players on Frankie's baseball team, The Bluff City Blackjacks.
