Councilman Ought is a member of the Bluff City Council and the Bluff City Zoo board. They have recently taken on a managerial role as Councilman in Charge of Public Zoos, replacing Ms Sloane. Little else is known about them at this time.
Ought recently fired Dax Leopard from job as small mammals keeper after too many of the animals were lost.
