Tzion Archana is a Concretist mechanic who operates out of the Shale Belt on Palisade.
Tzion meets the crew of the BigStar★ when they come to his shot for repairs. While he explains he doesn't have the parts they need for the repairs, he offers to travel with them and keep their caravan running himself, having pegged them as Millennium Break members and wanting to contribute to their work. While he declines getting involved in any fighting, he does assist with driving of the stampede in Joyous Guard alongside Caeso Wair.
