Ce Gull is a former Nidean scout and current member of Millennium Break now stationed on Palisade. They're working on their skills as a gardener. They're easily distracted.
Ce Gull carries a big computer on a cross-body strap ("like a Star Wars briefcase if it was a little bag"), which allows them to create maps. Other accessories include a dog keychain, and a solar-power LED lamp. He has a "helmet goggles guy vibe".[1]
