Teasel Fauna[note 1] is a Hyphan worker on the planet Saboria. He's like if Steve Buscemi was the faun from Disney's Hercules. He offers drone hunting excursions and birthday party rides in his mech, the Dressage (a horrible six-legged nightmare horse mech).
In "Lancer Pt. 1", he requests to be the next mayor after Kaliope.

After the Hypha successfully flee Saboria, he is not officially elected to any position, but becomes the de facto night mayor.
