The March Anecdatist Foundation is an organization founded by Exanceaster March under the Frontier Syndicate, a Columnar conglomerate. They hire people for low pay to participate in unprotected mech wrestling and other blood sports, then use the data from these fights in order to create automated weapons and AI.[1] Palisade is their prospective "testing ground"[2] where they are both staging fights and deploying their new weaponry.[1]
