Cheal Pushy runs the bar Pushy's on the Brink. He offers quiet spaces to talk, live comedy and rumors and gossip. He runs the bar as penitence for the outbreak of grasping vines he caused at the first community garden. He's not allowed to garden anymore.
Cheal has luxuriant hair and is literally physically warm. He has an "inappropriately casual style" and wears faded tank tops and sunglasses (which he is rarely actually using); he can make inexplicably quick outfit changes. He also carries a knotted bag filled with helping vines.
Mustard Red has caught him gardening. He's aware of a rumor that 3T is smuggling weapons and soldiers onto Palisade on the blue orange shipments.
