Eileen Lilas is one of the maids for the Solstice family. She was close to their youngest daughter Catrina Solstice when the two were younger, but the two have grown apart in recent years as Catrina has taken up a larger role in the household. She is very close with Martine Sprue.
She resembles "Elaine from Seinfeld when she's wearing glasses", has big, pinned-back hair and wears professional dress. Janine also suggested some of suzushiro333's art of maids skateboarding as inspiration.
She is cheeky. Her goal is to improve Somerset House's reputation.
