Zark Vapor is a Hyphan mechanic on the planet Saboria. Their antlers are shaped like ergonomic bike handlebars, and they have a push-broom mustache. He prefers breaking things to fixing them, and especially likes blowing things up with his mech the Ill Portent. The Ill Portent has a cowboy hat on, and a general cowboy theme; it also has a ludicrous amount of explosive munitions.
After the Hypha successfully flee Saboria and rethread the Strand, Zark asks to be dropped off somewhere, as he has little interest in the rules and regulations of a developing society.
