Paris France is a broker who mainly deals in fresh fruits and vegetables, recipes, and spices. He's industrious, generous, and ambitious.
Part of Paris's torso and shoulder is collapsing into plastic plants and flowers, which are not growing into him or mounted on but just exist in place of what would normally be there. He keeps a parrot in among the greenery. His face cast is a specific image of Christopher Walken wearing a white linen suit. He has thinning hair and a 'convincing' smile, and wears a shabby, pale suit and a baby blue shirt.
Paris has promised to supply Mustard Red with a dangerous magazine from the Principality with a center spread that kills you if you look at it. He is aware that Deutsch Synchro is a Curtain agent named Lament, but is keeping this quiet in the hopes of gaining some opportunities from it. He has promised to keep safe a former Pact agent who he discovered in a crate.
