Galaebulus Splu-u-mp is a person from Stel Apostolos and a guest on the final episode of the in-universe podcast CENTRE/line. Gal is, for the most part, just as offensively centrist as the other panelists, but disagrees with the harsh surveillance the Principality is using against Millennium Break, as they consider it to be curtailing their freedom. Since this is not politically correct, Continental tries to shut them up, but Gala refuses to back down, which culminates in them being kicked off the podcast while they loudly threaten to take a shit in front of his house.
