Devotion, sometimes called Fervor, is a strange Divine connected to the cult of the Devotees. It can create mirage bombs which expand the Twilight Mirage. It believes in the precepts of the Devotees, including that its followers should and must love it. Devotion drains the life force from its cult members over time, using it to empower itself.
It is also able to speak to its followers through their blood, send them visions, synchronize their pulses, and transport them to strange places. It has empowered some, like ], physically transforming them in the process. These followers must follow its precepts or risk Devotion taking back their special abilities.

A vision observed by Cori showed that Devotion was created by Grand Magnificent, who wanted to create something that would be completely helpful rather than harmful. However, an unknown intervention by the Curtain at the beginning of the Perfect Millennium interfered with Devotion in some way.
