Zeke Minuet is a Hyphan researcher alongside his partner Deanthe. On Saboria, he was prompted by strange seismographic readings to uncover Hyphan ruins near the Harborview area. Zark Vapor helped him with some of this process by repairing excavation equipment and supplying controlled explosives.
