Live at the Table is a Patreon-exclusive Friends at the Table series dedicated to playing various indie games. Live at the Table games often do not share continuity, but some have taken place in existing settings developed in the main series of the show. Additionally, a number of Live at the Table games were combined into a singular setting known as the Grand Tableau to facilitate ease of running future sessions of Live at the Table on short notice.
Format
Live at the Table streams may be announced a day or two in advance or simply earlier on the same day, with a stream link available via a post on the Patreon. While live casts may vary, Austin usually (but not always) carries on his role from main seasons and acts as the GM or facilitator for live games as well. In addition to the archived stream video, Live at the Table games are also posted to Patreon afterward as audio podcasts, sometimes being split into multiple parts or with pregame chat being saved for a Clapcast. In some instances, these podcast versions also have music by Jack or a spoken intro (as with the versions of the Road to PARTIZAN games posted to the main feed).
