In Twilight Mirage, the Qui Err Coalition is a collection of the Qui Err people who want their land back. They are led by Iota Pretense.
In the Finale of Twilight Mirage, Gig Kephart and Echo Reverie were representatives of the Qui Err Coalition.
As of PALISADE, the Qui Err Coalition forms the de facto government of the Twilight Mirage. General Mourning is a military commander of the group.
