Stel Kesh is a Stel of the Divine Principality. Along with Stel Nideo, Stel Kesh was a founding Stel of the Principality; it has a direct history as one of the oldest established powers in the galaxy. It is built around a stuffy (and secretive) aristocracy, and is associated with history, knowledge, stubbornness, and the past.[1]
Stel Kesh has a surface-level parliamentary democracy, but is governed secretly by the Curtain.[2] PALISADE sees Kesh primarily associated with the Bilateral Intercession.
