[FROM CONCERN LOGS] ROGUE AGENT. REPORT TO CONTROL IMMEDIATELY.

Mr E Masque is an antihero operating in Bluff City (and other locations). He is generally considered to be on the wrong side of the law but "mostly trustworthy".

While in Bluff City, he mainly did minor heists. Most notably, he was behind the bank robbery that Hector Hu thought to be done by the coast guard. Although Waxwing believed him to be responsible, Goldfinch believed the evidence was insufficient, and Florence Slowly's case did not come together.

Mr E Masque made his way to Bluffington Beach, where he kidnapped and took the place of Julian H Bluff, and began to use Bluff City Studios for his own gain.

His face is described as being like claymation in appearance, which animates to various emotional states. He also has a horseshoe crab face, indicating that he may have been part of the Concern at one time.

While in Bluff City, he mainly faced off against Goldfinch.

Abilities

Masque has the ability to fly or at least to float, and can levitate other items.

Although Waxwing believed that he was using a combination of technology and sleight of hand to give the appearance of having powers, he really can transform into object or possibly has illusion powers which can make it appear as though he can (eg turning from a door into a man at the auction in When Justice Is Done).

He can also possess people/take over their minds by making eye contact with them or by cutting them with his chin spike.

In addition to these powers, he can create doorways for himself to walk through, and can use existing doorways as portals to other locations.
