Fidelity is a Divine of the Divine Fleet and Palisade. She has control over plants.
In Twilight Mirage, Fidelity has a temple on the planet Altar. That temple, the Garden of Fidelity,[1] was likely derelict well before the events of Twilight Mirage but recreated by the power of Quire.
Fidelity has been used as a source to create Delegates, such as Free Fidelity.[2]

An early version of the Delegate system arose with Fidelity "taking some cuttings of herself and seeing if they would sprout".[3] Seeing the writing of Divine exploitation on the wall, she then decided to cooperate with the Divine Principality and Fabreal Duchy to do the same to others. It is her power that enables the capture and torture of the other Divines to make Delegates. They have been imprisoned for thousands of years in one of her Gardens of Fidelity buried in the volcanic crater in the Caldera Stretch. New Delegates are produced on a regular schedule.
Because Fidelity is/controls plants, "you go plant her flowers somewhere, and there she is".[3] This means other Gardens of Fidelity take the form of public parks and gardens throughout the Fabreal Duchy, as well as within the area captured by Resonance. Delegates that "go bad" are sent to facilities of hers to be "reworked" in some horrific way.
