Fidelity is a Divine of the Divine Fleet and Palisade. She has control over plants.
In Twilight Mirage, Fidelity has a temple on the planet Altar. That temple, the Garden of Fidelity,[1] was likely derelict well before the events of Twilight Mirage but recreated by the power of Quire.
Fidelity has been used as a source to create Delegates, such as Free Fidelity.[2]

Fidelity learned to take cuttings of herself, a precursor to the creation of Delegates. Seeing the writing of Divine exploitation on the wall, she then decided to cooperate with the Divine Principality and Fabreal Duchy. It is her power that enables the capture and torture of the other Divines used to make Delegates. They were imprisoned for thousands of years in one of her Gardens of Fidelity buried in the volcanic crater in the Caldera Stretch. Other, less obviously sinister Gardens of Fidelity take the form of public parks and gardens throughout the Fabreal Duchy.
