Stel Apostolos is a Stel of the Divine Principality. Apostolos is the youngest Stel to join the Principality, having been integrated into the empire after a failed assassination attempt by the previously-independent Apokine on the Princept of Stel Kesh.[1] At the start of PARTIZAN, it is guided by an iconic but controversial leader: Dahlia.
Stel Apostolos employs a policy of universal conscription and wields the strongest military force in the empire. It also counts the highest number of aliens among its population.
