Mr Lee L Bee is a middle-man, deal broker, black marketeer, and demon. He can be a useful non-Concern source for information and assets, but only trades in dreams, ideas, and wistful thoughts. Like Mike Truk, he is from neither Bluff nor Blough City; he is stated to be the demon Belial and implied to come from Hell.
He is described as looking like Cedric the Entertainer. When seen in "The Grapplers Down at Promenade Arena", he is seen in a white suit, with a little orange flower, an orange tie, and a white bowler hat.
He drives a 1926 Packard Twin Six roadster (red, big lights on the front, “so dangerous to drive in”).
He has a connection to the wrestling group Monster House, and says that he has a background in Old Dominion Wrestling.
