Lock and Cross Security Services is the largest mercenary unit on Palisade,[1] operated jointly by Maidstone Cross and Margate Lock even following their divorce.[2]
It is a subsidiary of the Frontier Syndicate,[2] having been invited by "Mr. Frontier himself" to become the first private security contractor on the Palisade and a major Frontier military wing.
The unit remains functional after Margate's death at the hands of Candles Penumbra.[2] At least one of its members acts as a police officer in a Baseline city.[3]
