Candles Penumbra is an agent of the Rose River faction of the Cause.

Candles is a woman with long blonde hair.
History and Involvement[edit | edit source]
Directed to tie up a loose end by Gucci, Candles engaged in a chase against Margate Lock in "Today Is a Monday". The chase was set in the immediate aftermath of the Blue Channel's mission in the Fundament in "Into the World". Candles defeated Margate Lock at the cost of her own death, but information about the Fundament Nodes still got out to the Frontier Syndicate.
