In many ways, brilliant inventor Felix Hollowfield is the reason for the recent surge in Glim Macula activity. Though the group has stalked the streets of Sapodilla for decades, it was Hollowfield’s collection of tools that both allowed the Macula to face down truly powerful supernatural foes and put a deep and singular fear in the hearts of Sapodillans. His weapons reveal the hidden, nullify the mystical, and ground the transcendent. Where could he have found such ideas as these?
Felix Hollowfield is a researcher for the Glim Macula in Sapodilla.
Appearance
Felix is a human man in his mid-fifties, or maybe early sixties. He has stubble and a little crooked grin. When seen out on detachment with Emma Serchilde, he wears a wicker basket helmet that shows his mouth and an armor-like wicker vest. He also has a blue-flamed flashlight on his shoulder, which is a lit torch with a mirror attached that projects a blue spotlight.
Scientific career
He has an evil basement lab in the Interred Citadel.
Blue flame
Hollowfield's most influential invention is a strange blue flame that harms anything too touched by the strange forces of the Heartland (including Chine, Duvall and his bugs, Virtue, and Es). This is widely used by the Glim Macula.
