Demons are from Hell. They are also present in Bluff City, Blough City, and Bluffington Beach. They are collectors, though what they collect may be physical or abstract, and they help support grey and black markets in goods, services and ideas between the cities. They generally have a specific domain of knowledge, in accordance with their descriptions in real world demonological texts.
