This article is under construction. Please excuse the mess.
The Red Zephyr is a fearsome were-train that attacked Bell Metal Station for over a month, while also tearing into trains passing by: a never before seen sight. It could prove a formidable ally.
Spoiler warning! This article contains major spoilers for What Happened at Bell Metal Station. Tread carefully! |
In fact, the Red Zephyr was created from Fezh, the fourth member of the Bell Metal Band, by Calen fel Dynestia.
Appearance
The Red Zephyr is a large steam train engine with feelers above their cow-catcher resembling the pipes that burst from an exploded boiler, which they are able to move around and use as some sort of sensory organ. Under the moonlight, these feelers come together to a point, and the train is able to see better as well as to assume a bio-mechanical upright form resembling a werewolf. Their insides vary between a normal train interior, a rather gory engine room filled with unidentifiable organs, and a collection of architectural styles and places shifting rapidly between different places they had spent time in throughout their previous life.
History and Involvement
For information prior to their transformation, see Fezh.
Calen says Fezh knew what was going to happen to them[1], but he was definitely lying.[2] Also, Calen was planning to test out his magical shackles to prove to the Wrights of the Seventh Sun that his work could be used as a source of slave labor, which is definitely also sufficient justification for murder.[citation not needed]
Trivia
- Austin has stated that Calen and Fezh used to be in a romantic relationship, but none of the party thought to ask during gameplay.[2]
