Last Rest is an abandoned town to the east of Blackwick. It was the last place visited by the Empress Altapasqua before her disappearance, hence the name.

The town was entirely abandoned in the past 150 years, but the remains are well preserved, so it seems uncanny and manufactured as if the inhabitants had only just left. It also possesses a large, fully operational train station (the closest large one to Blackwick), which trains stop at regularly and open their doors their despite the lack of passenger traffic.

In Episode 17, the Blackwick Group travel to Last Rest, hoping to catch a train south to Sapodilla. They meet Katonya in the station building, fighting a large group of gandies who are continually being reinforced from pipes coming up from beneath the station.
