The Cascabel-Gardner Catering Cooperative is a family-owned business that was established by Cascabel and Even Gardner. It has operated in the Quire system for hundreds of years.[1]

Cascabel and Even Gardner start the Cascabel-Gardner Catering Cooperative together at some point following the events of Twilight Mirage. The business remains in the family for hundreds of years.[Note 1] By the PALISADE era, it's analogous to the various family businesses in Japan that are 800 or more years old, except if one of those businesses was founded by famous ancient samurai heroes.[1]
Gucci Garantine hires the Cascabel-Gardner Catering Cooperative to deliver a gift of food and other supplies to Kalvin Brnine and the Blue Channel. Levitation Cascabel-Gardner, at this point an employee of the business, delivers the order in a space semi truck.[1]
