Aterika’Kaal’s sanctum is a pocket dimension created by Lye Lychen, originally to contain the Perpetual Oratorio of Davia Pledge. He is able to open up a vine-covered door to the god's domain and take others there for healing. Aterika’Kaal is grateful to Lyke for this, but has been known to devour other travellers who come across the location.
It resembles the godly realm Aterika’Kaal originally had, connected to Roseroot Hall. The spider-like remnant has settled in comfortably, and drew power from the Course when the door was opened in Marrowcreek, becoming stronger. Other people were able to make their way in there using similar spells to Lyke's own Sanctum of the Stone Chorus, and at least some were devoured.
