Cameron B. Castle, or "Cam", is a cab driver in the Atlantic City and Bluffington Beach area. He prizes "fairness, good coffee, and reliability" (in that order). He is described as having an "interesting moral compass".
Though born in Atlantic City, he traveled to Bluff City for work via the Tunnel Project (and potentially some work for the Concern), before eventually moving back to Atlantic City to retire from his previous career to open his own cab company, Castle's Cars and Coffee. His company currently has a connection to Atlantic City Press and is the cab company the call when in need of a taxi.
In his taxi cab, Cam has a large stylized text of "Cam" in the Irish flag colors hanging from his rear view mirror. He has a button in his cab that he can press in order to see footage from the nanny cam outside his house. His cab also has a coffee machine, which gave his company its name.
To relax, he plays Sega Bass Fishing and the Big the Cat levels of Sonic of the Sega Dreamcast.
Cam is described as a balding, middle aged man with a big mustache.
