Froggy grew up in the street-racing scene of the lower levels of futuristic of Atlantic City, racing with ground-based cars rather than the hover vehicles they currently drive as part of the ABB.
When seen in Engines on the Track Pt. 1 they wear grav-gloves, giving their hands an amphibious appearance.
