Hemlock is the Elect of the Divine Plight.
Personality[edit | edit source]
Born the heir of a middling Kesh House, Hemlock eagerly accepted the position of Elect. They[note 1] are fundamentally interested in punishment, not justice. (In other words, they suck.)[1]
