The Usher of Truth is an Iconoclast present on Palisade. She was trapped in Q-concrete by the Rapid Evening for 5000 years and removed by the Bilats, who sought to position her as the fabled Constantina Malady. She has the ability to affect people's dreams, or their memories of their dreams.[1]
She resembled Adjoa Andoh when posing as "Gem", then a glass noble when taking the form of Constantina Malady,[2] and when both these disguises were broken she took on a tendriled, melting body made of paint.[1]
