The Plackart is a Tier IV, elemental Kesh Altar unit that looks like a living castle.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
At 30 to 35 metres tall, the Plackart is closer in scale to a Divine than a regular Altar.
It looks like a castle and feels like it's made out of stone, and in places it seems to have moss growing on it. Its shoulders look like ramparts and it carries a massive tower shield that looks like a castle's front gate. There are guns set up along its shoulder region as if it had archers perched on it.[1]
Beneath its stonework armour, the Plackart has wires and cables that pulsate in an organic, not mechanical, fashion.[2]
Abilities[edit | edit source]
When the Plackart moves, the ground beneath it wavers as if being suffused with water. It uses stolen Branched technology, or possibly an enslaved Branched person, to turn the ground into water and flood battlefields from the bottom up.[1]
Involvement[edit | edit source]
Tenn Alpenglow pilots a Plackart when he attacks the Isle of the Broken Key during the Tide of Embarkation. He uses it to magically flood the settlement.[1]
