The Kestral is a "living Iconoclastic being" created by the Witch in Glass from the wreckage of the Kestral White. A strange being quite alien from the ship it once was, it flies the flag of the Crown of Glass and is aligned with the Witch. It radiates the scent of burnt oil.[1]

History and Involvement

After it crashed into the ocean, the Kestral White was consumed by the Iconoclasts and transformed into the Kestral. It is one of the many parties going after the Diadem Gravtrain control unit in Carmathen during PALISADE's "Seize the Chance" arc.
