HORIZON is a radical-reformist group in the Divine Principality. Their goal is to drive out what it perceives as corruption in an empire that ought be pursuing noble (instead of selfish) ends. However, in the popular consciousness, they are a radical, anti-Principality terrorist organization. They are also described as a descendant of the galactic intelligence agency known as the Rapid Evening.

Currently, on Partizan they are led by Gucci Garantine. They are part of Millennium Break.
