Tavira Shal is a Justiciar-Captain of the Commission of Smoke and Steel, tasked by Ordenna with hunting down supernatural beings and the undead.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Tavira has glasses and greenish-tinged hair which she wears in a bun. She wears spiky black armor with hard angles to project authority.
