Rix and Roe are two poor children at the Last University who Adaire encounters when they attempt to rob her for six coins and some candy. They've been up to various petty crimes, including some work for the Cult of the Dark Son. Throughout Spring in Hieron, they slowly bond with Adaire and to some extent Hella.
