Fool Factotum is a BIS agent. She is Connadine's second-in-command[1] and the head of artistic endeavours at the Paint Shop.[2]
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Fool is pale, with wavy brown hair that almost reaches the nape of her neck, cold gray eyes, and gaunt features. Like Connadine, she has an agelessness to her: she could be 27 or 47—it's impossible to tell.[note 1]
She wears a gray skirt-jacket outfit with big white buttons and a little hat to the meeting at the Paint Shop in which Connadine announces the Adagio in G.[3] To a later meeting of the Bilateral Intercession, she dresses in a bohemian style.[1]
History and Involvement[edit | edit source]
Fool is a mixed-media artist who also trained as a spy.
Connadine sends her in his stead to the meeting in which high-ranking members of the Bilateral Intercession uncover the six pillars of the Cause.

Notes[edit | edit source]
- Fool is originally introduced in "Today Is a Monday" as a junior BIS agent, but by "How It Always Looks" she is described as a high-ranking member and Connadine's second-in-command.
