The FS-N Dais is a Tier IV Altar that was developed jointly by engineers from the Frontier Syndicate and scientists and priests from Stel Nideo. It was submitted to the competition to determine the next generation of Altars, where it was piloted by Zjenta Zjarule. There is probably some Divine power running through it.[1]
Appearance[edit | edit source]
The Dais is dazzling, utilizing Q-Glass to achieve the signature Nidean stained glass effect but without the grotesqueness of many Nidean units. Unlike the Transgress Oblige, which incorporated Q-Glass in its cockpit, the Dais' body has Q-Glass shards strewn across it such that the whole mech shimmers. The Q-Glass layer appears to be mobile to some extent: "it seems like it can kind of pull [the shards] to a point and make it shine really bright in a sort of, like, dazing effect."
With its wing-like structure that functions like a jetpack, the overall effect of the Dais is that of an angelic human figure.[1]
