Carleon-Upon-Whisk is the Bilat-controlled capital city of the Fabreal Duchy. It is located on the western tip of a peninsula on the Wisk Sea. Coronations within the Duchy take place in Carleon-Upon-Wisk.

Carleon-Upon-Whisk was a major city on Palisade even before the Divine Principality left the planet behind. It became a true centre of power the Fabreal Duchy “discovered” how use its laboratories to turn captured Divines into enslaved Delegates.
