Strand Semaphore is a messenger service able to send text-based communications anywhere, so long as they’ve built an outpost there. It was developed using appropriated Hyphan technology. The backbone of the private comms network used by Millennium Break (where it is further developed by Si'dra, Broun and Milli).
Initially localized to Partizan. After Millennium Break expands, Strand Semaphore goes with them and spreads across the galaxy, including Palisade.
