Lucent Reflection is a Delegate who is part of the Dim Liturgy. She is a Cantor in the Convex Wing of the primary monastery. She doesn't look like many other Delegates, instead resembling an anatomical model of the muscular system with a metallic, mirrored surface.

In PALISADE 14: Upon Our Grace Pt. 1, Lucent receives a delivery of tomatoes from the Blue Channel, and welcomes them to the monastery.
