Baldwin Home, aka "Black Screen", is a member of the Concrete Front's resistance on Palisade.

History and Involvement

Baldwin Home operates a pirate broadcast station from the caves of Sinder Karst, and is able to black out the screens of devices he projects on.

He attended the masquerade on the Isle of the Broken Key.[1]
