Absolute Pluperfect is a wealthy racer at the top of the league and a resident of a futuristic, postapocalyptic Bluffington Beach where the three cities have merged together in some way. They drive the Absolute Class, a superfast car.

An interview where they reminisce about the history of Bluff City in the hopes of getting donations to their 'charitable' foundation makes up the introductions to "America's Playground Pt. 00" and "Pt. 01." They are a VIP member of the Upper Crust's Tri-City History Museum (the wing about cars is named after them) and they're very invested in fantasizing about the good old days.

They look one of the twins from the Matrix, with "all white everything, including the dreadlocks".[1]
