Passiflora is the Pact-affiliated Elect of the Divine Artifice.[1]
Appearance[edit | edit source]
She is a young Columnar woman with a pristine chassis that has I, Robot-style curvature, but bigger and broader. She wears a floral-themed, top-shelf flight suit reminiscent of the Evangelion plug suit.[1]
Personality[edit | edit source]
Passiflora is graceful, attentive, and passionate, living up to her Elect name. She is an earnest believer in the Pact's purported mission to "build the future" and has uncritically watched a lot of propaganda videos about Millennium Break terrorist Coriolis Sunset. She's a lot like Cori might have been in another world.[1]
History and Involvement[edit | edit source]
She and Artifice clash with Cori during PALISADE's final Sortie. Passiflora is frustrated that in real life, Cori doesn't come across as the principled and devoted renegade that she appears to be in Pact propaganda videos: "Why are you like this?!"[1]
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- Passiflora is a genus of flowering plants also known as passion flowers or passion vines. In the 15th century, the flowers were adopted by Spanish Christian missionaries as symbols of the passion (i.e., suffering) of Jesus Christ during his final days and crucifixion.[2]
